Terms of Service

Questo is a go-to-market work platform with AI agents, operated by Questo Labs and available at app.questolabs.com. These terms govern your use of Questo. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract to use Questo. If you're using it on behalf of a company, you're agreeing to these terms for that company too.

You sign in with your Google account. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your Google credentials safe. Tell us right away at privacy@questolabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Everything you create or connect in your workspace - tasks, documents, files, knowledge, integration data - is yours. We claim no ownership of it.

To run the service, you give us the license we need to host, store, process, analyze, and display your content, including processing it through the AI providers named in our privacy policy. We use your content to provide Questo to you and, through automated analysis, to evaluate and improve the service - not for anything else.

Questo's agents generate plans, documents, analyses, and other outputs using AI. As between you and us, the outputs generated in your workspace are yours. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or misleading. You're responsible for reviewing anything the agents produce before you rely on it, publish it, or act on it.

The agents act with the access you grant them and within the configuration you set. You're responsible for the actions they take on your behalf, including in the third-party tools you connect.

Don't use Questo to do anything unlawful, to store or distribute unlawful content, or to infringe anyone's rights. Don't abuse the service: no attempts to break, probe, or overload it, no reverse engineering, no scraping, and no reselling or providing the service to third parties without our agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first. You can stop using Questo and delete your account at any time.

Questo is an early-stage product. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise uninterrupted availability, and features may change, break, or be removed as the product evolves. We work hard to keep your data safe and the service up, but we can't guarantee either.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Questo Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or 100 EUR if you haven't paid anything. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If your use of Questo in violation of these terms causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, and disputes will be resolved by the courts of the Czech Republic. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away protections you have under the mandatory laws of your home country.

If any part of these terms turns out to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Questo after a change means you accept the new terms.
