Outbox

Outbox. Everything leaving Questo in one place. The inbox now has an Outbox view with three lists.

Pending is waiting on you. Pushed is waiting on someone in another tool, such as a pull request or a draft campaign. Published is the record of what went out: where, when, who published it, and a link to the live post.

Outbox. Its own unread dot. The Outbox now has an unread dot of its own. It counts publish cards you have not seen. Other inbox cards no longer light it.

Outbox. Post links. When you mark an output as published, paste the link. You can add it later with Add link.

Improvements

Chat. Markdown lists stay lists. The chat composer and your sent messages now keep markdown lists. Agent answers that need your decision end with a next callout.

Missions. The planner picks each task's model tier. The mission planner now chooses fast, balanced or deep for every task it proposes. Task chats and background runs use that tier. Plan cards show it. On task detail you can change it while the task is still planned.

History. Undo. The History page now uses the word undo for reverting a change.

Credits. Alerts by email and in the inbox. When a workspace drops to 3,000 credits, and again when it runs out, every member gets an email. The same alert files a card in the inbox. Both show what Questo did for the workspace. The card closes when credits are added.

Billing. Revolut credit packs with VAT invoices. Credit packs can be paid through Revolut, with VAT invoicing. Purchased credits expire after a year and are spent oldest first. Billing lists the packs you bought. Payments stay off until Revolut is set up for the deployment.

Email. Email from Questo. Questo now sends its own email. New members get a welcome email and an onboarding recap. Workspace invites and access codes arrive by email. Messages come from "michal from questo".

Publishing. Scheduled sends. Pick a time on the publish card and Questo sends the output then. If a scheduled send fails, the card stays in your inbox. Nothing retries on its own.

Publishing. Gmail with several recipients. Send to more than one recipient, with HTML and attachments.

Lists. Team default views. Teams can set a default view for each list. Tasks can be grouped by week and filtered by month.

Missions. Editable proposed tasks. Proposed tasks on plan cards can be edited before you approve them.

Missions. Library without search. The mission library no longer has a search box. Each card has a preview dialog.

Fixes

Tasks. Cancelled tasks. A cancelled task now gets a finish time. It no longer counts in finished-task totals. Tasks are ordered by status.

Reliability. Websocket reconnects. The connection now pings on connect. You only see an error toast for permanent failures. A temporary failure recovers on click, keypress or reconnect.

Reliability. Failed runs. A run is now marked failed when its thread crashes.

Slack. Credit for clicks. Card clicks in Slack are credited only to the member whose email matches.

Publishing

GitHub for blog and website. Blog and website outputs now open a pull request on GitHub. When you ship a post or a page, Questo opens a PR with the content ready for review. Merge it to deploy.

Agent

Managed skills, no approval gate. Agent procedures for knowledge edits and entity creation are now managed skills. The agent writes directly. Every write lands on a receipt card, and you can undo from it.

Tool narrowing per background run. Slack runs, insight extraction and mission planning each get only the tools they need. Runs are smaller and faster.

Deferred onboarding answers. When the agent asks a clarifying question during onboarding, your answer now lands mid-turn without restarting the run.

Knowledge

Personal preferences. Company facts live in tenets. Your own facts (role, links, how you work) now live in personal preferences, visible only to you and only in interactive chats.

Notion and Google Drive pickers. The knowledge new menu can now pick Notion pages and Google Drive files, next to file upload and pasted links.

One onboarding step for materials. Connect integrations and upload materials in a single step, with a three-source cap. Onboarding asks its questions while you add materials.

Fixes and polish

Managed skills sync at boot. Fixed a crash when skills sync on startup.

Auto-closing inbox cards. Insight, day plan and weekly report cards now resolve on their own after a period, so the inbox stops filling up.

Word-level diffs. When an output body changes, the diff now highlights the exact words that differ, not only the paragraphs.

Slack credit by email. Slack posts are now credited to the workspace member whose email matches, not only to people who were mentioned.

Missions

Milestones. Mission targets are now milestones: named checkpoints with an optional target date and a pending or completed status. The agent appends a dated update to a milestone as the mission moves, so the history of each checkpoint reads in one place. Past-due milestones are marked in the list.

Paused tab. The missions page has a Paused tab next to Active and Done, so a mission you have set aside stops crowding the active list without being archived.

Weekly roadmap review. A new routine reviews each active mission's roadmap once a week and proposes the next weeks' intent as an inbox card. Approve it and the roadmap updates; decline it and nothing changes.

Lists

Group, order, properties. Every list (missions, tasks, outputs, insights) has a view menu: group rows by label, status, mission or author, order by any date column, and pick which properties show. The view is remembered per page in your browser.

Date filters. Filter any list by created, updated or scheduled date with the same presets everywhere (today, this week, this month, a custom range).

Task labels are yours. The six built-in labels (insights, strategy, content, growth, sales, ops) can be recolored, and you can add your own from Settings. The agent files tasks under whichever set your workspace has.

Favorites

Favorites panel. Starred missions, tasks and outputs open from the star on the left rail as a panel, newest star first, one section per type. Favorites are shared across the workspace.

Chat

Quote into the composer. Select text in an agent message and quote it into your next message; the quote stays clamped to one message body so the composer never fills with a whole reply.

Report a bug. Every agent message's menu has Report a bug, which sends the message, the run it belongs to and your note straight to us.

Agent

Fast, Balanced, Deep. Pick the agent's mode per slot in Settings, and per conversation before the first message. Fast answers in seconds, Deep reasons longer on planning and long-form writing.

Tool cap. Connecting an integration that would push the agent past the number of tools it can hold is refused before the OAuth redirect, with the count shown in Settings, instead of failing silently after connect.

Workspaces

Access codes and seats. Invites are now typeable access codes, and a workspace has a seat cap. A code that would exceed the cap is refused at join time.
