Settings and members

Settings is where you configure your own account, the agent, your connections and the workspace. The menu on the left groups it into five parts.

Personal

Profile

Your picture and name. Your email is fixed to the account you signed in with.

Preferences

Durable facts about you that the agent should always know: your role, your LinkedIn profile, how you like drafts written for you. Only you see this list. The agent can also add to it when you tell it something about yourself in a chat.

Agent

Models

Each kind of work runs on a model tier, Fast, Balanced or Deep, with an effort setting from Low to Max that sets how much it thinks. Here you can override the defaults for each kind of work: your chats, background task runs, onboarding, and each routine.

Fast answers quickly. Balanced and Deep take longer for more thorough results, and use more credits. These settings are yours; teammates set their own. A task's own tier, set on the task or the plan card, wins for that task.

Capabilities

Built-in abilities of the agent, billed through your Questo credits:

  • Web search lets the agent search and read the web.
  • Image generation lets the agent create images for your outputs.
  • Token saving mode pauses scheduled agent work after 72 hours in which nobody in the workspace has opened Questo. It resumes on anyone's next visit.

Connectors

Integrations

The tools Questo reads, publishes to and works inside. See Integrations. A red dot here means a connection needs attention.

MCP access

Tokens that let Claude Code, Cursor and other MCP clients work in your workspace as you. See MCP access.

Features

Routines

Switch each routine on or off, run one now, or view its past runs. See Routines.

Labels

The labels tasks are filed under. The six built-in labels (insights, strategy, content, growth, sales, ops) can be recolored but not renamed or deleted. Add your own for anything else.

Folders

The folders outputs are filed in. The built-in Important folder can be recolored but not renamed or deleted, and the agent always has its outputs at hand in a chat.

Administration

Organization

Your company's name, website and time zone. Routines run on this clock, and days and weeks are counted in it, so set it to where your team works. Changing it moves every routine's schedule.

Members

Everyone in the workspace, and any pending invites.

  • Invite by link creates a link that adds one person, works once and expires after 7 days. You can revoke a link before it is used.
  • Invite by email emails each person a link. Paste several addresses at once.

Every member has the same access. There are no roles or per-member permissions inside a workspace, except that personal connections such as LinkedIn publishing belong to the person who made them.

Leaving. Leave this workspace signs you out and removes your access straight away. You keep your account, everything you created stays in the workspace, and integrations you connected are disconnected for everyone. If you are the last member, the workspace pauses: scheduled tasks, routines and Slack replies stop until someone joins through an invite link. A teammate has to invite you again to bring you back.

You can belong to one workspace at a time. To join another, leave the current one first.

Billing

Your credit balance, credit packs, purchased packs and billing details. See Credits and billing.

Usage

Credits used by day, week or month, and by whom.

Runs

Every agent run in the workspace: chats, background tasks, routines and the small bookkeeping runs Questo does on its own. Filter by Interactive, Background or Bookkeeping, see what started each run (a schedule, a Slack mention, a publish), and open one to read what happened. Private chats open only for their author.
